Run as administrator.
Turn on airplane mode.
Jailbreak.
When it says there is no available storage, click ok.
Reboot...

Search for cydia.
Launch it to "re-adjust the disk space", will auto reboot.

Add to cydia the repo for AppSync.

Install AppSync for iOS8 from the repo.

For "cracked" stuff...
Only Appcake seems to work for me.
Install appcake v4.83 via appcake repo at http://cydia.iphonecake.com
Reboot
